In order for us to provide you with a credit note on your return, it must meet the following conditions:
All our returns our processed within 3-5 business days by our friendly staff. Once our team has inspected the garment, they will then contact you via email to provide you with your credit note. Please note that the credit note can only be used on our online store. We do not offer exchanges or refunds.
Note: Our team will inspect the return before we issue out a credit note. H2 Fashion reserves the right to refuse the return if it does not meet these conditions and will be sent back to the sender. You will be notified via email if your item is not suitable for a return.

Unfortunately, we do experience manufacturing faults with our garments on rare occasions which we cannot control.
In the case of a manufacturing fault we are more than happy to replace, refund or offer a 120% credit note for the items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit note, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
